All of our products include a Limited Lifetime Warranty which guarantees that upon receiving the product, it will be completely free of material and manufacturing defects.
Our Lifetime Warranty is valid for the duration of the original items lifetime, starting at the date of purchase.
A warranty replacement can only be issued one time per item. This warranty covers only the original product bought and not any previous replacements.
In the event that your chain or hardware breaks, we will honor this warranty and repair or replace the item, once the original item is shipped back to us or we approve the replacement with another method. You are responsible for the cost of any postage to return the item to us, but not for the postage needed to reship the replacement item back to you. In the event that a damaged item is out of stock or no longer available, this warranty will be voided. If we are able to, items that are no longer available may be offered partial store credit or a similar replacement piece that is currently for sale on the site. Additionally, we will require a picture of the item in order to follow through with this policy.
What is not covered?
Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover lost items, scratches, damages caused by accident (bent ring, broken chain), abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modification (resizing or any repair work done by a third party), or normal wear and tear. The warranty will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer or third party. Lost or stolen items as well as damage caused by carelessness are not covered under this warranty.

We will not honor fake or fraudulent warranty claims and reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any warranty claims which we suspect to be fraudulent.
